CrownRe® occupies technical advantages in research of rare earth master alloy, especially specialized in the research and development of some alloy like Al-RE, Mg-RE and Cu-Re. Our institute drew up national standard of "Al-Sc master alloy" (XB/T 402-2008) in rare earth industry. All the Al-Sc master alloy products manufactured by us are accredited as national key new products by the Ministry of Science and Technology. It also provides key raw materials for developing such materials as super-high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy, new high strength, corrosion-resistance and weldable aluminum alloy, new high temperature aluminum alloy, and high strength aluminum alloy against neutron irradiation, etc.
On this basis, the existing high strength Al, Ti, Mg, Cu alloys going through rare earth modification can produce the corresponding modified alloys, such as the super strong high temperature resistant, weldable rare earth modified super-strong Al alloy, the high strength, high temperature resistant rare earth modified Ti alloy and Mg alloy, and the high strength, high conductivity and high toughness rare earth modified Cu alloy.
